The Tahirih Justice Center is currently closed for new cases. At this time, we are able to offer counsel & advice to a limited number of individuals. 

We provide immigration legal services to victims of gender-based violence (domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, forced marriage, etc). For clients who are receiving our immigration legal services, we also provide additional support services, including social services case management; legal, educational, and medical accompaniment; and crime victim rights education. We also provide case management services to individuals with stable immigration status who are facing a forced marriage.
