Client is a trafficking victim, abuser stole her car and transferred title into his own name. We are asking for assistance to get the title transferred back to victims name. 

Client is wanting to get legal advice on a situation. Her mother (adverse party) gifted her boyfriend a truck. Mom has reported the truck as stolen. Client believes this was done as retaliation for the pending criminal charges against her mom.

Client was assaulted by a former friend. Client made a police report about the assault and has been afraid to leave the house because the perpetrator continues to drive by his house threateningly, almost daily. Client is afraid for his own safety and the safety of his family.

This is not a domestic violence case.

There are Indecency with a Child charges on this defendant. He was turned off the water to the property where the mother lives with the two children. They are protected under an EPO at that address. The water company will not turn the water back on for them.

Murder case. Victim had wife and 2 biological children and 2 children he was helping wife to raise. They need assistance filing for Social Security survivor benefits. Also, they have not been receiving the stimulus payments from the IRS or the child tax credit payments. It is believed by the family that the father of the deceased has been intercepting these payments. Wife needs help making sure she receives future payments and any recourse she has for the intercepted payments. Spanish speaking family.

The defendant set fire the victim's house and the victim lost everything. The victim needs legal help and navigating the system with her mortgage insurance.
