Exoneration: client desires to be exonerated from prostitution charges she obtained during her trafficking experience with the purpose of being rescued by police.
Civil Rights Violation: client was kidnapped, beaten, raped and trafficked.
Negligence by Houston Police Department: HPD was negligent when the client voiced that she had been kidnapped and they took no measures to assist and released her to her trafficker.

Defendant had signed paperwork over to victim for her to have responsibility of car. Tuesday her car was taken by Conroe PD and given to the defendant's mother.
