Victim came to USA with his 2 children. Abusive spouse kicked him and his children out to home, took his vehicle and put their home for sale. She obtained credit cards under his name and demands he send her money to pay her expenses. 

Victim and his children are currently homeless, living at the star of hope shelter in Houston. Abusive spouse filed for divorce in Brazoria County. 

Client is a victim of domestic violence and is seeking immigration assistance. Client was previously a DACA recipient, but is also a survivor of a crime. She currently has a protective order in place against her abuser.

Alberto Calderon and his wife Jhoana Rodriguez were in there vehicle traveling west on Hwy 6, in Brazoria County Texas. Two vehicles, road rage and one hit Calderon vehicle and the other shot at Calderon vehicle. Calderon was shot four time and flown to Memorial Hermann hospital for surgery. Rodriguez was not injured.  Calderon is the sole provider for his family of four, daughter and son and wife. the family will need financial, rental, ulility, food and other house hold essential. 

 

Client seeking Divorce/SAPCR. Husband currently resides in Galveston. Client intends to move to Brazoria county by end of month. DV present in relationship.
