Client is from Guatemala and is undocumented. She already has an Asylum process in effect. Due to a recent DV incident by her boyfriend that occurred October 27, 2025, she may qualify for a U-Visa. Client needs assistance with applying for U-Visa.

Human Trafficking victim. It appears victim is ineligible  for a T-Visa but possible U-Visa. Victim is currently working with U.S. Attorney on an open case.
