Client is victim of a fraudulent marriage that resulted in the sexual exploitation of the client and produced a child with the perpetrator. Client pursued filing legal actions on the perpetrator, which has resulted in a custody battle and the father/perpetrator removed the children out of the country. Client is seeking assistance with family law, and navigating the complexity of the human trafficking components of her case. 

Client was a victim of abuse by husband several years ago, she was given an emergency protective order for 60 days, but never applied for a 2 yr. one. Client has been separated from him and wants a divorce from him.
