Defendant charged with Assault FV enhanced. D currently in jail, but cw fearful of getting out on bond or at case disposition. EPO expired. If D released on bond, conditions of bond cover no contact. 

Victim is 50 year old male. Defendant is adult step-son. Victim's wife/Defendant's mother has stage 4 ovarian cancer and is dying. Wife/mother is making victim feel bad about situation and having her son face prison time while she is dying. Victim feels he has no one to talk to and no support. Defendant is charged with Aggravated Assault FV. 

Defendant is CW's fiance's mom. Defendant came to CW house and pointed a gun at her. CW is fearful and wanting protection from future mother in law. CW recently found out she is pregnant so she is also fearful for her little one.

Ashlynn has already filed for a protective order, hearing date set for January 24th- she is needing help with representation at the hearing. Current pending criminal case against Zacahary, case is new and does not have a case number assigned yet. There is an EPO and conditions of bond for no contact in place.
