Michael seeked a Protective Order for his children agaisnt Courtney (mother). He was granted an Ex-parte but has a PO hearing on Monday December 14th. Michael does not have any legal representaion and needs advise on what he can do. A CPS cas has been filed where Courtney is listed as the AP.

Sexual Assault of Child case- Family would like to get victim into counseling ASAP.

Sexual Assault case, pending warrant. Victim has protective order but defendant is allowed visitations and overnights. Kayla concerned for daughters safety, Defendant has been suicidal. Defendant also filed police report saying Kayla took his gun, she claims that is false and was attempt by D to hide his gun so it could not be taken from him. Kayla also concerned being followed, thinks could be PI hired by D. Needs safety planning.

Client is needing rental assistance. Can't afford to pay rent at the place she is living at and considering moving if she could find a cheap enough place. Client is also having trouble paying electricity bill.

Victim, Bryce Smith was shot by Waymon Jordan. 2 other friends of Bryce were in the vehicle and were also shot and killed. Bryce survived but has extensive medical bills. His mother Anabell is in fear of losing home due to being behind on mortgage payments due to the bills. They were denied CVC assistance due to factors which led up to the shooting. Bryce and his friends were meeting Waymon to sell Waymon a small amount of marijuana. Rather than paying for that marijuana, he shot all three of the boys.

Victim of theft- was selling property to pay for a needed heart surgery, person stole the property, now victim cannot afford to pay for his heart surgery.

Client is needing representation or legal advice for a hearing that she has this upcoming Tuesday for a eviction. Defendant evicted client from home, asked her to come back & has screenshots of this, and is now trying to evict her again after the arrest that occurred. Client has not been able to leave the home. He has her keys and refuses to give them back. She has been trying to apply for apartments but have been denied due to the past eviction.

A was referred from Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. A needs help with divorce. A has started the process before but then something always falls through for her. DV has always been a part of marriage. AP threatens to kill her. AP has tried to run her over with a car. AP was in jail until last. A may also want advice or help with PO. A also needs counseling resources and possibly job placement. She is currently homeless and is bouncing from home to home of her children. She has bad reception living with her youngest daughter but is quicker via email.

Client needs legal advice and questions regarding child visitation/custody. There is a hearing coming up for it. Client doesn't have a attorney and says she cannot afford one.

Defendant has pending case in both Montgomery and Harris County for strangulation of victim. His behavior has escalated and he has recently violated his bond in both counties by contacting the victim. She is scared. Defendant has told her things like if he cant have her no one will and in the last couple of weeks he tattooed her name on his body. She is in fear for her and her children's lives. She would like to have some safety planning done and would absolutely benefit from some crisis and trauma counseling.
