Client was assaulted by someone who lives in her apartment complex. Client is being evicted from the complex because of the incident. They were told they had to be moved out 10 days from 2/6. Client has a two year old. Client does not think it is right for her to be evicted when she was the one who has been assaulted. Client is looking for legal advice on this eviction.

Client states apartment complex has told her verbally she has 30 days to move out. The apartment complex stated they will not give her an eviction letter "so that it does not go on her record". She has been approached twice about 30 days to move out. The complex is stating her children were making too much noise in the afternoon while playing outside.
Client is seeking advice on how to move forward.
Client is a victim of AFV. She is a single mom. She shares a child with the defendant. She does not have any income coming in. She is unemployed. She has been trying to find a job, but no luck. She is currently living with her father. She is interested in a house voucher and any assistance she can get with finding a place for her & her 1 year old. She is also wanting help with finding a job.
CW is wanting legal representation for child custody. CW is also wanting a protective order. Defendant is charged with AFV. She continues to contact CW by using fake #'s. CW lives in Bryan but was advised that he would have to get a PO in Montgomery County. Not sure who informed him of that.
