There are current sexual assault charges of a child against the defendant, Anthony Wiener. The case is going to be dismissed due to being unable to verify where the incident occurred. They cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the case happened within the state of Texas. The mother is currently filing for a divorce pro se; however she is concerned about the defendant getting visitation rights to the child.

The client is the mother of 6 children who were abused by the Adverse party. Multiple charges have been filed. The client is wanting to relinquish dad's rights, she also stated that the adverse party continues to get a disability check from one of the children, who she is caring for. She also stated that the adverse party received the stimulus check and he does not have the children. The client is relocating and was at the women's shelter with all 6 children recently. 

Defendant is charged with theft of $17K from an elderly victim. She gave the defendant her entire savings to be able to provide her a cover for her well water. Since he stole the money and did not complete the job instead, she is unable to pay someone else to provide the needed construction. She is in constant fear of something happening to her well and her being without water on her property. If there are any programs available to her to assist her in getting the needed well constructions completed please contact her.

The client is seeking family law services, specifically child custody help. The victim was 3 years old at the time,  adverse party charged with Agg sexual assault of a child. 

The victim was abused at the age of 4 by the adverse party. The victim is now 7 she was having a hard time having to talk about abuse and testify in the trial. The case was pleaded to a poss of child porn due to images found in his phone. The charge does not qualify for a Lifetime protective order so our office was not able to obtain it. The victim's mother (Kathy) is wanting help obtaining a PO for her daughter. Defendant has made threats in the past that were reported by his defense attorney - bond was revoked at that time. 

Defendant has trespassed on CW's property multiple times, has showed up to CW's job, and has made threats towards CW. Defendant trespassed and damaged CW property twice this morning. D was arrested at the second incident. D used to date CW's fiancé. CW is wanting a restraining order against adverse party to protect her family.
