Ms. Ashley M Hicks has fled her home in Liberty County. She is filing an assault charge for Family Abuse/Strangulation in that county. At this time, she has filed terroristic threats in Robertson County, where she fled. Her offender is the father of a 3yr old autistic boy. The boy was forcefully taken from her vehicle by the offender's mother. Will not let her have the child. 

Ms. Fernandez is currently living in a hotel Pasadena, TX, with her elementary aged grandchildren.  Ms. Fernandez advised the mother of the children died on 02/3/2023 in Louisiana.  Ms. Fernandez stated she was advised she has to wait to see how her daughter's death is going to be ruled on by the coroner before the state of Louisiana offers her any assistance.  Ms. Fernandez is currently working as a door dasher and living in the hotel is not sustainable.  Aside from housing assistance, Ms. Fernandez is in need of legal assistance to help her obtain legal custody of her grandchildren.  Ms.

Victim of AFV. Defendant also has pending charge for violation of the protective order. Victim and his family are currently without water due to damage to a well pump motor believed to be caused by the defendants actions. The cost of the motor is $1500 and CW does not have the financial resources to replace the motor, therefore him and his wife and kids are without water until he is able to save enough to replace it.

Family consisting of MO, FA and victim. MO and FA are working minimum wage jobs and trying to make ends meet. FA has a mental health diagnoses that limits his ability to work. MO is having many issues with car repairs and may be forced to be late on her rent. She does not want to start a pattern of being late and would really appreciate some assistance. CVC will be completed on 7/22/2021.
