Janie and Jordan are married and have two children together, ages 2 and 8 mos. After an argument last night where he shoved her against the wall, he left with both children and she believes he is at his mother's house in Sweet Home, Texas. She described past violent incidents, most of which she never reported to law enforcement. However, she did report an assault that occurred in September of 2019 when she was 22 weeks pregnant. She said he "choked her" and she had visible injuries that she and law enforcement took pictures of.

Trafficking survivor had a child with her trafficker. She escaped and came to Houston, and the trafficker found lawyers to try to get custody of the child. Trafficker appeared to claim custody in New Jersey but initially police told him his paperwork didn't have legitimacy here. He now has hired lawyers here in Texas in order to get custody and they are trying to contact her. Client needs help with custody and probably a protective order.
