Seeking protective order. The case is already filed and a hearing is set for 6/16/22 in 410th. Respondent retained counsel and the Client needs assistance. Respondent has been physically abusive with the client, including recent threats to kill and previously holding a gun to her head. 

Client is the survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault by a partner. She was told by the detective that there wasn't enough evidence to continue with her case with the DA. She would like advice for how to get a protective order and create a safety plan, since she is still afraid of her partner, who used to come by her house and threaten her before she moved.

Applicant would like assistance with both divorce and PO matters.  OP has filed for divorce in Hidalgo County where the parties lived and own property.  Applicant is currently in Brazoria county - two months - but wants to proceed in the Hidalgo County action as she plans to move back there.  

Parties have 5 children together.  1 adult child, 4 minor children.  OP SA three COM (two minors, one adult child) of the marriage.  Details to be relayed after confirmation of referral.  

Applicant seeking assistance with SAPCR in Montgomrey County. DV in relationship with last incident involving a threat to end applicant's life. Applicant is in emergency shelter. Adverse party filed SAPCR. Current temporary orders hearing on 4/20 but Applicant intends to seek a continuance in case so she can find an attorney. Parties have not attended mediation. 

Single mother with 3 month old baby states she is being harassed by the father of her child.  Victim has made several reports with police.  Victim advises she would like help obtaining a protective order and assistance with child support/custody.  Victim believes the suspect has hacked her bank account, email, and states the suspect is making false reports to the nursing board in an attempt to ruin the victim's career.
