Hi, Mrs. Claros is requesting assistance with a protective order. She currently has a pending U-visa. Aggressor had been deported to El Salvador, but now he is back in the U.S. She is fearful, as he has liked her social media posts, requested following/friendship and has inquired about her to extended family members. 

Ms. Diaz has been separated for 3 years from her common law husband with home she shares three kids.  Ms. Diaz recently filed for Child Support in Dec. 2021 and her case is currently pending.  Ms. Diaz states Mr. Banuelos has a history of threatening her via text messages. Ms. Diaz filed a police report regarding the threats and the Harris County District Attorney's office declined charges against Mr. Banuelos.  Ms. Diaz is requesting assistance with obtaining a protective order. 

Seeking protective order. The case is already filed and a hearing is set for 6/16/22 in 410th. Respondent retained counsel and the Client needs assistance. Respondent has been physically abusive with the client, including recent threats to kill and previously holding a gun to her head.
