Client seeking a protective order and eventually a SAPCR. She is currently pregnant and due in April. DV incident on 1/26/22 where OP shot applicant with an AR rifle. OP arrested and MOEP issued in Harris County. 

D.L is a HT survivor who is trying to file for divorce and and equitable custody of her children. She is a Spanish speaker who needs assistance with all of the forms and navigating the family law court. 

Client needs assistance obtaining a protective order and divorce.

Maire E Manning has been on-going abusive marriage. She and her husband are separated. Have 3 children togehter.  They have been separated for a while now. She does not have child support. Has filled out an online form for divorce. It does not provide for children custody or child support. Mr.Devlin has a good job, and could possibly provide insurance and child support. Ms. Maire E Manning is afraid of Mr.

Client is looking for assistance with getting a protective order and divorce. [Spanish speaking]

Client was assaulted by a former friend. Client made a police report about the assault and has been afraid to leave the house because the perpetrator continues to drive by his house threateningly, almost daily. Client is afraid for his own safety and the safety of his family.

This is not a domestic violence case.

Client is terrified of defendant and is wanting safety planning. She is interested in counseling. Also, looking for legal aid/attorney to help with a divorce.
