Client was assaulted by a former friend. Client made a police report about the assault and has been afraid to leave the house because the perpetrator continues to drive by his house threateningly, almost daily. Client is afraid for his own safety and the safety of his family.

This is not a domestic violence case.

Victim filed police report in September following a domestic violence event in which charges were filed. Victim was harassed and threatened by the aggressor's family that she she was compelled to request the charges be dropped. She is now being threatened by the aggressor about immigration asking that she pay him $6,000 to continue with the current petition.  She is also in possession of an expensive watch estimated to cost $10,000 according to the victim that was gifted to her and he now wants back.

Diocelina's apartment flooded on the middle of the night of October 25th morning of October 26th 2021. She had to clean it herself and be without water all day on October 26th. Apartment complex representatives refused to allow her to stay in a hotel while her apartment was getting dried, telling her that if she did, the apartments would not reimburse at the same time she was without water. The apartment has yet to be fixed or cleaned properly after being flooded with a significant amount of water and the original reason the apartment flooded has not been properly fixed as of 11/08/2021.

Victim seeks protective order and divorce. Parties separated September 2021 following long-term abuse. Parties share 2 children. Victim alleges AP continues to harass and stalk her post-separation.
