The defendant is clients ex-husband. Defendant picked up a criminal trespass w/ deadly weapon charge. Client is wanting legal advice for child custody. They have two children together.

Assault Family Violence Case. Ms. Harrison along with her 4 children are being evicted from their home. Notice was given for August 25th.

Defendant has been charged with criminal trespass. Client received an email from defendant with a defendants answer form attached. Client is not sure what this is about. I figured this is a civil matter and he would need to speak with an attorney. Client wants to speak with someone about this form. Client told me that he does not qualify for Lone Star Legal Aid.

Client is the mother of our child victim. Client is needing help in filing divorce, she says that defendant was controlling and the majority of their things are in his name.

D has two charges: AFV & violation of PO. D violated PO immediately after being released on AFV charge. The EPO expired on July 25th, 2020. CW is now living in Harris County and needing assistance with PO. I originally sent a referral to AVDA in Houston. She was contacted by someone there, but was told that she should get a PO through Montgomery County since CW does not want D knowing what county she lives in now. CW is fearful of D. She did not want to tell me her new address. She wants her phone number and email private.

Defendant is charged with Assault Causes Bodily Injury. CW is fearful of D. CW is married to defendant's ex girlfriend. There has been multiple occasions were CW and his wife have ran into D in public after the charges were filed and D is threatening towards them and aggressive. CW wants protection for himself and his wife. CW is interested in a restraining order.

client needs assistance with a divorce with children.

Ms. Kiel is seeking custody of the children

D is charged with Criminal Trespass Class A. D's daughter lives with the two CW's. CW VS relationship to D is that D is her brothers wife, but they are currently going through divorce. The brother has full custody of his daughter, but the CW's let D see her daughter every Thursday. Due to the current charges, the CW's are wanting advice or information on child custody/visitation.

Minor was a victim of a crime and a police report was made. Both minor and her father were asked to leave and not allowed to take their belongings. They have since moved to Humble.
