Client has recently filed for divorce against adverse party. They are currently living together, but staying on separate floors. Client wants him to leave home, but he will not. When speaking to her about the option of a Protective Order, she was unsure if she wanted to go that route because of the children. She is the main custodial parent of two boys. Client is wanting advice on how to can get adverse party to leave the home.
Victim needs financial assistance to repair windows broken by defendant when he threw moltav cocktails at victims home while her and 5 children were asleep in the home. Victim may also need legal assistance for custody concerning 2 of the children who are hers and the defendants.
Defendant has picked up harassment charge. Client and defendant relationship is that both of their children went to the same school. Defendant has been harassing client due to an incident that occurred between their children. Clients wants to protect himself and his family.
Client and defendant were together for 5 years. Defendant continues to harass and threaten client. Client is afraid to return to her home since defendant has been released. Client wants a Protective Order.

Client is fearful of defendant due to the incident (terroristic threat & theft charges). Defendant has been on client's property unwanted about 9 or so times. Client does not know who defendant is. Client does have trespassing signs on her property. Client did mention that she does not believe that she has the money to go through this process, but would still like to hear options that are available to her. Client wants to protect herself and her property.
Child AG. Sexual Assault of a child case- Client is mom to victims. Client needs emotional support/counseling for dealing with the abuse on her children, she also needs counseling for co-dependency with the defendant as well as financial assistance as still dependent on the defendant for emergency financial situations.
Victim needs housing assistance.
Assault FV Strangulation case- Victim has severe damage to vertibrae and is needing surgery (will be covered through medicare). Victim was disabled before the incident occurred and on disability. Victim since this incident has been homeless and was living in her vehicle. She just recently has been able to stay temporarily with a friend, but needs something more permanent.
Montgomery County DAs office has pending MTR for Richard Mendoza on Assault FV ENH case. He is on bond with conditions for no contact with Stephanie. They have children together and Stephanie needs assistance with custody as she does not feel safe with the current orders that in place.
