She is calling regarding a custody case. AP is Javier Meraz and he lives in Groves, (Jefferson Co), Texas. The couple lived together from 06/06/2006 to 2020. Separated at that time due DV. AP hit her. She did not call the police. She states that in the last 3 years AP has been financially helping. Mostly consistently until Nov. 2023.

Client was born in Mexico DF.  She first came to US in 2002 at the age of 9. Brought by her parents and entered through Laredo, TX illegally. No revision by CBP.  She has never been detained.  That is all the information she has.  She suffered DV, SA and arson at the hands of her ex-BF Jose Lorenzo Hernandez Valerio - He is Mexican also.

Domestic violence survivor seeks assistance with immigration. She has 2 children and is no longer living with AP, but is seeking assistance in obtaining a U-Visa.

Client is a Mexican citizen from the state of Guerrero.  She entered the US in 1997 via plane. She came to the US w/her cousin's identity paperwork and was caught at immigration and was detained and then returned to Mexico via bus.  She insists that "no immigration paperwork was done at this detention" but I explained that if they put her on a bus, then there is paperwork somewhere.

Client is a Mexican citizen. She is from Monterrey, NL, Mexico.  She first entered the US in 2016 on a tourist visa. She states that she returns to Mexico every 6 months and her visa is current.  She is a victim of a sexual assault by her fiancee.  The SA happened in 2020 but she states that AP could not be found and case had gone dead. She in fact thought the DA's office was dismissing charges but was called in May and told that AP had been arrested and he is still detained.  Criminal case is pending under Cause No.
