Client is a Mexican citizen from the state of Guerrero.  She entered the US in 1997 via plane. She came to the US w/her cousin's identity paperwork and was caught at immigration and was detained and then returned to Mexico via bus.  She insists that "no immigration paperwork was done at this detention" but I explained that if they put her on a bus, then there is paperwork somewhere.

She turned right around and came back to the US via car ride and admits that when she was asked at the immigration checkpoint she lied and said she was a US citizen.  Came through to Houston.
