Victim reported AFV - resulted in a DWI as D drove from the scene intoxicated. Victim is VERY fearful. They have a daughter together. CW needs support services for counseling, needs legal resources for what her rights are to protect herself. She needs safety planning for custody arrangements and potentially child custody assistance. 

Victim is 50 year old male. Defendant is adult step-son. Victim's wife/Defendant's mother has stage 4 ovarian cancer and is dying. Wife/mother is making victim feel bad about situation and having her son face prison time while she is dying. Victim feels he has no one to talk to and no support. Defendant is charged with Aggravated Assault FV. 

Assault family violence causing injuries. The victim does not have a job, no where to live and needs counseling resources while she is trying to divorce defendant.

Client is interested in Counseling services and is interested in obtaining a protective order. Client & Defendant have two kids together. No longer together; broke up in May. CW has moved to Harris County from Montgomery County due to the incident. Incident occurred back in March and defendant is charged with Class C AFV.

The victim in this case was a victim of AFV. The defendant was charged with Arson after he burned down the house that they were living in. The victim has been living in a hotel and has exhausted her resources. She lost her job as a result of not having transportation. She has a service dog which makes finding housing difficult. She has filed a CVC application however it's been closed due to not getting the report from the Fire Marshall. We are working on getting that report to send to CVC.

Tara is a victim of AG Assault w/ Deadly Weapon FV- Defendant is on active warrant. Victim believes D could kill her, she has children with D. D is not interested with kids, may have aggression towards children. D's mother enables D and helps D to threaten and harass victim. Victim has a home that is in her name, but somehow has had an eviction notice left on her door. D's mother will sit in front of the door and not allow victim to come into the home.

Extreme domestic violence victim, including kidnapping, torture, rape, stalking, over extended period of time. Secondary victimization, police not believing her or offering appropriate assistance. Victim was victimized in multiple counties. Victim lives in constant fear of the defendant. Victim needs help with permanent housing, disability re-establishment, mental health. Has history of homelessness and drug abuse (self medicating, when unable to get Mental Health meds). Is currently inpatient at Woodlands Spring Hospital. Is seeking to do an extended daily outpatient program with them.
