Needs divorce from abusive husband. Husband has already filed. They have 2 children. 

Mother of three, stay home mom. Dad is abusive, mentally and emotionally. 

Mom has three small children. Mom is a stay at home mom. Dad works out of state, comes homes and destroys home and will not  let the family have any peace. Mom has given reports to Jasper County Sheriff Department , but for some reason, Mom was asked to leave home and dad is now living in the marital home.  Mom is scared of him. She's afraid of what he may do. She believes that he is own some type of drugs. He has abused steriods in the past.

USC wife threatened deportation and calling police if husband did not meet her demands. Abused emotionally and psychologically. Wife is now seeking divorce. Earlier she petitioned for his immigration status but she is now revoking that. Husband needs representation.
