The client had reported incidents of stalking from her former husband, but the case was no-billed. She still has financial issues she needs assistance with, as well as child support. She also wants assistance obtaining the case information used in her case or help with a public records request. 

Witness to an Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon. The primary victim was her uncle, who is now staying in her home with his two children due to having to flee his residence because of the crime. She is struggling with the financial burden of having to accommodate the extra people in her home and has had to miss work to help care for the children who are not old enough to be left home alone. She is requesting assistance paying her rent as well as possibly utilities and other associated expenses, such as food.

PNC seeking SAPCR in Travis County

Applicant resides in Travis County; AP resides in Coryell County.   Applicant has filed a SAPCR in Travis County in 11/2020 - pro se.  Child lives with dad, but has made an outcry of sexual assault against AP.  

Applicant would like assistance with a custody matter. Hearing is scheduled for October 7, 2020 in Travis County for the GAL report (according to applicant)
