Dulce is a survivor with pending U visa and VAWA applications. She has six U.S. citizen children and her marital status is single. She is in need of family law services for custody and child support and is also interested in a protective order. Christopher Davila, one of her adverse parties (AP) is the father of her youngest child whom she has been separated from. AP was physically violent to Dulce during their relationship and has continued to harass her since. He was arrested, charged, and convicted for violent assault including strangulation.

Client is victim of a fraudulent marriage that resulted in the sexual exploitation of the client and produced a child with the perpetrator. Client pursued filing legal actions on the perpetrator, which has resulted in a custody battle and the father/perpetrator removed the children out of the country. Client is seeking assistance with family law, and navigating the complexity of the human trafficking components of her case. 

Client wants to get custody of her son back from her mother. The child is 10. 7 years ago when he was 3, client was going through hard times and gave her mother custody. Client cannot remember what she signed, but she thinks there is a court order out of Collin County. Client and the child's father were going through difficult times. There was lots of abuse between them, both domestic violence and forced sex on client. This abuse led to client feeling like she needed to give custody to her mother. Now client is in a better place.

She wants to get custody of her 14-year-old sister. The child was living with her mother in Keller, Texas, and she came to visit client in Paris. She ended up staying for about 3 months. During that time, she disclosed to client that her mother had let a sex offender stay in the house, and this guy had forced the child to perform sexual acts him. Client called the police and CPS. Client is not happy with CPS because they have not done anything yet.
