She is a victim of a sexual assault by her fiancee. The SA happened in 2020 but she states that AP could not be found and case had gone dead. She in fact thought the DA's office was dismissing charges but was called in May and told that AP had been arrested and he is still detained. Criminal case is pending under Cause No.
