. Ms. Sissie Zamarripass is in dire need of assistance. She is disabled and has a disabled son. Her fear of not getting help is extremely high. Please contact her as quickly as possible. I am afraid she will step back into a very abusive marriage if we do not act quickly. Ms. S. Zamprripass has been shut out of the bank account. Which the tax return has just posted to. Which leaves her with very little funds.

Client has an eviction hearing in Dallas County on January 30. Client is behind on rent. This is public housing. The court already ruled for eviction, and client filed an appeal. It is the appeal hearing on the 30th.  Client is abuse survivor.

Victim was dv assault victim who wants D to stay away. D has been returning to property multiple times and even been there when Victim was not there. Victim is trying to get away from him. Victim stated his behavior has been escalating. Victim is scared she has no plan for future. 

Ms. Ashley M Hicks has fled her home in Liberty County. She is filing an assault charge for Family Abuse/Strangulation in that county. At this time, she has filed terroristic threats in Robertson County, where she fled. Her offender is the father of a 3yr old autistic boy. The boy was forcefully taken from her vehicle by the offender's mother. Will not let her have the child. 

Mother of the victim is having trouble with finding affordable housing. She currently does not qualify for most services as the defendants income is being considered but they are not together and the defendant is no longer providing support to her or their children. Rachel needs assistance with filing for child support and the defendant fraudulently filed taxes on their children this year taking all of the money for himself. Any legal assistance in this matter is requested. Family could benefit from counseling services also.

Client is a victim of AFV. She is a single mom. She shares a child with the defendant. She does not have any income coming in. She is unemployed. She has been trying to find a job, but no luck. She is currently living with her father. She is interested in a house voucher and any assistance she can get with finding a place for her & her 1 year old. She is also wanting help with finding a job.
