Victim came to USA with his 2 children. Abusive spouse kicked him and his children out to home, took his vehicle and put their home for sale. She obtained credit cards under his name and demands he send her money to pay her expenses. 

Victim and his children are currently homeless, living at the star of hope shelter in Houston. Abusive spouse filed for divorce in Brazoria County. 

CW is a victim of Aggravated Sexual Assault and Assault with a Deadly weapon. She is a Spanish speaker and needing assistance with U-Visa information and I think counseling might help her. She has been given a victim impact statement and cvc packet. She may need assistance in filling them out. Client is victim of domestic violence. In December 2023, she contacted police after husband beat her. Police did not make an arrest and abuser returned. She fled with her children to a women's shelter in Beaumont. Victim blocked abuser on her cell phone, but he has tried calling her. Please assist with emergency protective order. 

Sarena is the victim in a case that was dismissed against her dad today.  The original charge was AFV impede breath.  She no longer has bond conditions or a protective order in place.  She has already tried for a protective order once but was thrown out.  The other major issue is the land she lives on.  It is deeded to an aunt, but the aunt doesn't live there.  She was given permission by the aunt to live there but fighting with her dad\defendant over the property.  Sarena's mom died due to overdose when Sarena was very young.  Dad and his girlfriend

PNC came to shelter seeking assistance for a protective order. PNC is immigrant from Saudi Arabia and of Indian nationality. Came to the US after an arranged marriage between her parents and husbands parents. Soon after moving into parent-in-laws w/ husband who works here, husband raped PNC. Husband also has possession and control of her immigration documents. PNC is separated and not living in same house as of last update.
