PNC came to shelter seeking assistance for a protective order. PNC is immigrant from Saudi Arabia and of Indian nationality. Came to the US after an arranged marriage between her parents and husbands parents. Soon after moving into parent-in-laws w/ husband who works here, husband raped PNC. Husband also has possession and control of her immigration documents. PNC is separated and not living in same house as of last update. 

Background: Mary Squires is an elderly victim, she has parkinson's, a pacemaker, knee and hip replacements that limit her mobility. She moved here from Montana after a very brutal sexual assault. She is currently living with a friend temporarily, but needs something more permanent. Her immediate need is housing, but she also greatly needs counseling support services. Mary does not have transportation.

Client is requesting assistance with divorce against husband and potential shelter options. Has pending cases in Harris County against husband and daughter in law for domestic violence, cases are potentially disposed of. Client is Spanish Speaking, minor English Skills

Assault family violence causing injuries. The victim does not have a job, no where to live and needs counseling resources while she is trying to divorce defendant.

Victim has experienced violence last 6 years. Has young children. Needs employment and financial assistance for bills. Victim also needs safety planning and assistance in relocating to confidential location to get away from defendant. Defendant is currently in jail. Unclear, but may in the future need custody/family law assistance.
