Applicant is seeking a protective order from her child's father. MOEP has expired. Applicant is seeking a protective order due to violent death threats to herself and her family from adverse party. Adverse party is a part of a Honduran gang and is currently in jail with an ICE hold.

She did not want to tell me her new address. She wants her phone number and email private.
