Michael seeked a Protective Order for his children agaisnt Courtney (mother). He was granted an Ex-parte but has a PO hearing on Monday December 14th. Michael does not have any legal representaion and needs advise on what he can do. A CPS cas has been filed where Courtney is listed as the AP.

Class C Assault case, D wouldn't allow her out of vehicle, slapped her, wouldn't let her call for help- Victim has requested assistance in safely and quickly getting out of relationship. Has baby. Is fearful of him.

Applicant is seeking a protective order from her child's father. MOEP has expired. Applicant is seeking a protective order due to violent death threats to herself and her family from adverse party. Adverse party is a part of a Honduran gang and is currently in jail with an ICE hold.

Client and defendant were together for 5 years. Defendant continues to harass and threaten client. Client is afraid to return to her home since defendant has been released. Client wants a Protective Order.

Client is interested in Counseling services and is interested in obtaining a protective order. Client & Defendant have two kids together. No longer together; broke up in May. CW has moved to Harris County from Montgomery County due to the incident. Incident occurred back in March and defendant is charged with Class C AFV.

D has two charges: AFV & violation of PO. D violated PO immediately after being released on AFV charge. The EPO expired on July 25th, 2020. CW is now living in Harris County and needing assistance with PO. I originally sent a referral to AVDA in Houston. She was contacted by someone there, but was told that she should get a PO through Montgomery County since CW does not want D knowing what county she lives in now. CW is fearful of D. She did not want to tell me her new address. She wants her phone number and email private.

The defendant is CW 's ex-girlfriend and the mother of his kids. The incident happened on July 5th. Last thing I heard from ADA is that the Class C citation has not been filed yet with the court, but it will be. CW requested EPO on scene, but responding officer told CW to speak with DA's office about the PO.
