Client seeking assistance with an ongoing Divorce/SAPCR.  Client originally registered with the OAG for CS and Conservatorship orders.  Opposing party responded with a cross petition for divorce.  Opposing party has a history of domestic violence against client and is seeking primary conservatorship.  Client has primary caregiver since birth, and has on going health issues.  Opposing party has representation and the case is set for final trial in October.  

Victim lived with defendant when incident occurred. CW is unsure on how to ensure defendant can no longer live with her. She was looking into eviction paperwork but was unsure how first if that was the right step and also how to go about that. Victim was also looking into final protective orders but was unsure if that was the route to take yet.

Father of child that was sexually assaulted asked for assistance with child support and civil matters he has received from a ex partner. He received letters and was unsure what they were in regards too. He is not from here and only moved to the states not long ago. Family only speaks spanish. 

Resources for legal aid--victim currently lives in a shelter. Adverse Party is victim's ex boyfriend. 

VAC KG-- Client is wanting legal assistance for her child custody case. She lives in Livingston, but case is pending in Montgomery County.

PNC seeking Divorce and SAPCR in Montgomery County.

CW is a Spanish speaker wanting counseling resources. CW is asking if counseling is going to cost if she can have assistance to fill out CVC packet to help cover counseling. 

CW is a victim of Aggravated Sexual Assault and Assault with a Deadly weapon. She is a Spanish speaker and needing assistance with U-Visa information and I think counseling might help her. She has been given a victim impact statement and cvc packet. She may need assistance in filling them out. I have given her extra resources, but this she would be open to someone reaching out to her for help. She also responds to email if she does not answer her phone- Maria197445@icloud.com. 

Spanish speaking victim is in need of assistance filing a protective order. She is still very scared of defendant and fears for her kids.
