Client is seeking legal assistance to initiate an involuntary termination of parental rights against the biological father of her children. The biological father was convicted of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child on July 3, 2025.

As part of this process, the client is also requesting assistance with legal name changes for the children.

Client is looking for legal advice. She was served papers by her ex husband, but they are still legally married. She did not seem too sure what the papers were but it sounded like it was regarding child custody.

Client needs assistance with getting daughter back from ex-husband. Temporary order was in place from previous lawyer and was unaware and used against her in court to where dad became the custodial parent. Custody is not 50/50 she is allowed once per month and 2 hours on Thursday. Dad is neglectful towards child has evidence. Daughter is 15 months old. The divorce was finalized in Liberty County, but the adverse party lives in Montgomery County. Client had to move back with her parents in Cherokee County.
