Elena has two children from prior relationship. She came to the United States in or about 2017, got married to a U.S. citizen. She had to go back to Russia for family emergency. Left her children with her husband as they had to authorization from USCIS to leave the country. During this period the husband raped her 10-year-old daughter. There is a police report. She needs assistance with everything she can get. Divorce, Spousal Support, Restraining Order.

Ms. Fernandez is currently living in a hotel Pasadena, TX, with her elementary aged grandchildren.  Ms. Fernandez advised the mother of the children died on 02/3/2023 in Louisiana.  Ms. Fernandez stated she was advised she has to wait to see how her daughter's death is going to be ruled on by the coroner before the state of Louisiana offers her any assistance.  Ms. Fernandez is currently working as a door dasher and living in the hotel is not sustainable.  Aside from housing assistance, Ms.

Mrs. Castro has been married to Mr. Castro for about 29 years.  They share three daughters together ages 18, 13, and 8.  Mrs. Castro recently reported that Mr. Castro physically assaulted her.  Mrs. Castro advised she is seeking legal assistance to help her with divorce, custody, and permission to travel out of the country with her children. 

Client is a trafficking victim, abuser stole her car and transferred title into his own name. We are asking for assistance to get the title transferred back to victims name.
