16 yo Harris County resident seeks U Visa after sexual assault by her mother's husband

C's daughter was kidnapped and sexually assaulted by AP. C filed a police report and states that there is a current court case in Harris County which will be going back to court on March 26th.

client has suffer D.V. with husband, they have been married for about 3 yrs. and have no children together. She is unable to pay an attorney she is presently in college and has 2 children.

client has been separated from husband for a while, custody and child support have been established by the OAG, just wants a divorce.

client has gone thru domestic violence with husband, he is incarcerated at the present time due to criminal charges and client wants a divorce.

Client needs assistance with Divorce and Custody domestic violence has occurred and Law Enforcement contacted, there is a current case in process.

Exoneration: client desires to be exonerated from prostitution charges she obtained during her trafficking experience with the purpose of being rescued by police.
Civil Rights Violation: client was kidnapped, beaten, raped and trafficked.
Negligence by Houston Police Department: HPD was negligent when the client voiced that she had been kidnapped and they took no measures to assist and released her to her trafficker.

Client has been married for 25 yrs. they have 4 children together and 2 are still minors. Clients has been a victim of Domestic Abuse throught her marriage, she is already receiving child support.

client is not married to the father of her newborn child, but abuse has occured. She is in the process of applying for a Protective Order.

Client has been separated from husband for a while, he has moved out of the home for quite some time, abuse has occured.
