Witness to an Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon. The primary victim was her uncle, who is now staying in her home with his two children due to having to flee his residence because of the crime. She is struggling with the financial burden of having to accommodate the extra people in her home and has had to miss work to help care for the children who are not old enough to be left home alone. She is requesting assistance paying her rent as well as possibly utilities and other associated expenses, such as food.

Victim is in need of a trauma counselor or assistance in any way. She is very scared of defendant and where she is living now. She believes that defendant is stalking her and has full control of her. Says if they are not able 

Elena has two children from prior relationship. She came to the United States in or about 2017, got married to a U.S. citizen. She had to go back to Russia for family emergency. Left her children with her husband as they had to authorization from USCIS to leave the country. During this period the husband raped her 10-year-old daughter. There is a police report. She needs assistance with everything she can get. Divorce, Spousal Support, Restraining Order. 

Ms. Ashley M Hicks has fled her home in Liberty County. She is filing an assault charge for Family Abuse/Strangulation in that county. At this time, she has filed terroristic threats in Robertson County, where she fled. Her offender is the father of a 3yr old autistic boy. The boy was forcefully taken from her vehicle by the offender's mother. Will not let her have the child. 

Ms. Fernandez is currently living in a hotel Pasadena, TX, with her elementary aged grandchildren.  Ms. Fernandez advised the mother of the children died on 02/3/2023 in Louisiana.  Ms. Fernandez stated she was advised she has to wait to see how her daughter's death is going to be ruled on by the coroner before the state of Louisiana offers her any assistance.  Ms. Fernandez is currently working as a door dasher and living in the hotel is not sustainable.  Aside from housing assistance, Ms.
