Single mother with 3 month old baby states she is being harassed by the father of her child.  Victim has made several reports with police.  Victim advises she would like help obtaining a protective order and assistance with child support/custody.  Victim believes the suspect has hacked her bank account, email, and states the suspect is making false reports to the nursing board in an attempt to ruin the victim's career. 

Adverse party (husband/father) was sentenced to 4 years for aggravated domestic violence against Client. Client and Adverse party have 5 children together, 2 under the age of 18. Client does not want child support, but would like to have father's parental rights terminated.
