Client is seeking to divorce adverse party. Adverse party is charged with Continuous sexual abuse of their daughter.  

Ms. Ashley M Hicks has fled her home in Liberty County. She is filing an assault charge for Family Abuse/Strangulation in that county. At this time, she has filed terroristic threats in Robertson County, where she fled. Her offender is the father of a 3yr old autistic boy. The boy was forcefully taken from her vehicle by the offender's mother. Will not let her have the child. 

Ms. Fernandez is currently living in a hotel Pasadena, TX, with her elementary aged grandchildren.  Ms. Fernandez advised the mother of the children died on 02/3/2023 in Louisiana.  Ms. Fernandez stated she was advised she has to wait to see how her daughter's death is going to be ruled on by the coroner before the state of Louisiana offers her any assistance.  Ms. Fernandez is currently working as a door dasher and living in the hotel is not sustainable.  Aside from housing assistance, Ms.

Mother of the victim is having trouble with finding affordable housing. She currently does not qualify for most services as the defendants income is being considered but they are not together and the defendant is no longer providing support to her or their children. Rachel needs assistance with filing for child support and the defendant fraudulently filed taxes on their children this year taking all of the money for himself. Any legal assistance in this matter is requested. Family could benefit from counseling services also.

Maire E Manning has been on-going abusive marriage. She and her husband are separated. Have 3 children togehter.  They have been separated for a while now. She does not have child support. Has filled out an online form for divorce. It does not provide for children custody or child support. Mr.Devlin has a good job, and could possibly provide insurance and child support. Ms. Maire E Manning is afraid of Mr.

Ms. Ashley Hummel has 4 children with Mr. Marcus Gandy. Mr. Marcus Gandy wants Ms. Ashley Hummel to take the children and leave. She does not have a job. But is very capable of working. Needs support from father to help to move and relocate. He has a very good job.  Extremely controlling with money even for groceries for food. Even though Mr. Marcus Gandy wants her to leave he has disabled a vehicle.  Very cruel emotional situations. 

Client is terrified of defendant and is wanting safety planning. She is interested in counseling. Also, looking for legal aid/attorney to help with a divorce.

Victim filed police report in September following a domestic violence event in which charges were filed. Victim was harassed and threatened by the aggressor's family that she she was compelled to request the charges be dropped. She is now being threatened by the aggressor about immigration asking that she pay him $6,000 to continue with the current petition.  She is also in possession of an expensive watch estimated to cost $10,000 according to the victim that was gifted to her and he now wants back.

I am searching for counseling services for a client who is a domestic violence and sexual assault survivor struggling with her mental health. She has recently expressed suicidal thoughts. She has been hesitant to engage with mental health services and has a lot of difficulty with trust due to her trauma and not being believed in the past, however, she is willing to seek therapy now and requested a therapist who has experience working with DV/SA survivors. CW is AFV victim. She is interested in counseling and possibly a Protective Order against defendant. CW lives in Harris county. Defendant is ex-boyfriend.
