About 2 years ago offender shoved victims daughter to the ground.  Safety Plan put in place a year and half ago when victim decided to leave; victim spoke with our org and was successful in moving out.  Already filed with OAG for child support (but no custody proceeding has been filed for yet) for the two children.  Financial and Verbal abuse throughout the marriage.  Victim was thrown out of the house during an argument concerning victim working outside of the home.  Alleges abuser has a methamphetamine dependency issue.

Goals: Victim wants a divorce and SAPCR.

PC to Cl. Verified contact info, US citizenship, and financial info. She clarified that her short-term disability payments are every two weeks, not every week. Updated financial info. Cl is still financially eligible.

PNC came to shelter seeking assistance for a protective order. PNC is immigrant from Saudi Arabia and of Indian nationality. Came to the US after an arranged marriage between her parents and husbands parents. Soon after moving into parent-in-laws w/ husband who works here, husband raped PNC. Husband also has possession and control of her immigration documents. PNC is separated and not living in same house as of last update. 

Cl and OP married in 2012. They have 3 kids. Oldest is 9. Youngest is 15 months. They met online in KS in 2012. She got pregnant early on in the relationship. OP is from Kenya. She discovered he had lied about being in US on a student visa. He was arrested for assaulting a peace officer and got kicked out of school. Cl tried to end the relationship. Cl says he was drugging her with an SSRI and then stopped. She found out when a friend told her. She was hospitalized for severe depression from the SSRI withdrawal.

Ms. Ashley M Hicks has fled her home in Liberty County. She is filing an assault charge for Family Abuse/Strangulation in that county. At this time, she has filed terroristic threats in Robertson County, where she fled. Her offender is the father of a 3yr old autistic boy. The boy was forcefully taken from her vehicle by the offender's mother. Will not let her have the child.
