Rosa was a victim of DV perpetrated by Emiliano. He currently has full custody of her son Emiliano Jr. and she would like to fight for full custody for her son and look into options for child support. 

Her son lives with her because her son does not wish to go back with dad. 

About 2 years ago offender shoved victims daughter to the ground.  Safety Plan put in place a year and half ago when victim decided to leave; victim spoke with our org and was successful in moving out.  Already filed with OAG for child support (but no custody proceeding has been filed for yet) for the two children.  Financial and Verbal abuse throughout the marriage.  Victim was thrown out of the house during an argument concerning victim working outside of the home.  Alleges abuser has a methamphetamine dependency issue.

Ms. Ashley M Hicks has fled her home in Liberty County. She is filing an assault charge for Family Abuse/Strangulation in that county. At this time, she has filed terroristic threats in Robertson County, where she fled. Her offender is the father of a 3yr old autistic boy. The boy was forcefully taken from her vehicle by the offender's mother. Will not let her have the child.
