Victim filed police report in September following a domestic violence event in which charges were filed. Victim was harassed and threatened by the aggressor's family that she she was compelled to request the charges be dropped. She is now being threatened by the aggressor about immigration asking that she pay him $6,000 to continue with the current petition.  She is also in possession of an expensive watch estimated to cost $10,000 according to the victim that was gifted to her and he now wants back.

Brianna is married to Cory . They have three children together. They are no longer living in the house together. Brianna does not have a job. Cory is the only one working. The children are with mom. Mom is afraid that dad will take kids and not let her have them back. She does not trust him. She believes he is over medicated . She does not want the kids to be alone with him.

Client requests help with her current divorce process from abusive spouse. All she has left is to sign her divorce papers but requests help in looking over everything and for legal advice pertaining to her current possible VAWA/U-Visa case regarding the Domestic Violence. 

Ms. Lara is seeking assistance with a divorce, no children. She was a victim of domestic violence in 2019, but is not currently a victim.  She is living in Galveston County and is not earning sufficient income to employ counsel.  She does have adverse parties address.
