The victim in this case was a victim of AFV. The defendant was charged with Arson after he burned down the house that they were living in. The victim has been living in a hotel and has exhausted her resources. She lost her job as a result of not having transportation. She has a service dog which makes finding housing difficult. She has filed a CVC application however it's been closed due to not getting the report from the Fire Marshall. We are working on getting that report to send to CVC.
