Contested protective order granted on May 25, 2021 in Harris County, Texas out of 280th District Court. Notice of appeal filed on June 23, 2021. Client looking for legal representation for appeal.

Mother of victims called seeking Protective Order - Defendant to be released on June 8th from prison, he did 6yrs on a 12 years plea. Parole Board suggested that the family get Protective Order. 

CW is having family law concerns and needs guidance/advice. CW and defendant divorce has been finalized. CW is having issues with child custody. CW is fearful of D, so she might be interested in a restraining order if possible.

Client is needing legal advice/representation. She is wanting to file for divorce against adverse party and is wanting a protective order. Adverse party has been charged with assault FV.

Defendant is charged criminally with disclosure or promotion of intimate visual material, victim also reported family violence, victim have videos of some of the violence. Defendant's attorney is disputing the protective order and victim would like legal representation to help her as she feels out of her element against the defense attorney.
