Victim was evicted from home at time of defendant's arrest, she has been living in her vehicle, but is now behind on vehicle payments and is afraid she will lose her vehicle and be unable to get to work and have no place to live. Victim was approved for food stamps but has to wait 30 days and does not have food. She was referred to a food bank but they did not have much to give her at that time.

Client is a survivor of human trafficking and domestic violence, and currently is at risk of becoming homeless.

Keeanna was a victim of Sexual Assault of a child where she birthed 3 children with her uncle. The victim is needing counseling and also needs assistance applying for Social Security services. The defendant which is her uncle name is Joseph Reyes. He has now been sentenced to prison.

Applicant would like assistance with an immigration/U-Visa matter. She is VAWA eligible. Applicant is a victim of sexual assault and domestic violence. She lived in Bryan, Texas with her husband but has since fled to Austin.
