Victim is in need of a trauma counselor or assistance in any way. She is very scared of defendant and where she is living now. She believes that defendant is stalking her and has full control of her. Says if they are not able 

Client is victim of domestic violence. In December 2023, she contacted police after husband beat her. Police did not make an arrest and abuser returned. She fled with her children to a women's shelter in Beaumont. Victim blocked abuser on her cell phone, but he has tried calling her. Please assist with emergency protective order. 

Ms. Fernandez is currently living in a hotel Pasadena, TX, with her elementary aged grandchildren.  Ms. Fernandez advised the mother of the children died on 02/3/2023 in Louisiana.  Ms. Fernandez stated she was advised she has to wait to see how her daughter's death is going to be ruled on by the coroner before the state of Louisiana offers her any assistance.  Ms. Fernandez is currently working as a door dasher and living in the hotel is not sustainable.  Aside from housing assistance, Ms. Fernandez is in need of legal assistance to help her obtain legal custody of her grandchildren.  Ms.

Mother of the victim is having trouble with finding affordable housing. She currently does not qualify for most services as the defendants income is being considered but they are not together and the defendant is no longer providing support to her or their children. Rachel needs assistance with filing for child support and the defendant fraudulently filed taxes on their children this year taking all of the money for himself. Any legal assistance in this matter is requested. Family could benefit from counseling services also.

Ms. Ashley Hummel has 4 children with Mr. Marcus Gandy. Mr. Marcus Gandy wants Ms. Ashley Hummel to take the children and leave. She does not have a job. But is very capable of working. Needs support from father to help to move and relocate. He has a very good job.  Extremely controlling with money even for groceries for food. Even though Mr. Marcus Gandy wants her to leave he has disabled a vehicle.  Very cruel emotional situations. 

Victim was evicted from home at time of defendant's arrest, she has been living in her vehicle, but is now behind on vehicle payments and is afraid she will lose her vehicle and be unable to get to work and have no place to live. Victim was approved for food stamps but has to wait 30 days and does not have food. She was referred to a food bank but they did not have much to give her at that time.

My client is fleeing her abusive husband. They both reside in the state of Oklahoma and she fled to Texas were she found a safe haven. The abuse has been on going and she currently has a 5 year protective order out of Oklahoma. She would like to get a divorce and custody of the children.
