Defendant is charged with Assault Causes Bodily Injury. CW is fearful of D. CW is married to defendant's ex girlfriend. There has been multiple occasions were CW and his wife have ran into D in public after the charges were filed and D is threatening towards them and aggressive. CW wants protection for himself and his wife. CW is interested in a restraining order.

D is charged with Criminal Trespass Class A. D's daughter lives with the two CW's. CW VS relationship to D is that D is her brothers wife, but they are currently going through divorce. The brother has full custody of his daughter, but the CW's let D see her daughter every Thursday. Due to the current charges, the CW's are wanting advice or information on child custody/visitation.

Assault Family Violence- Strangulation case. Victim needs immediate legal help getting her property and property for her child from the defendants home.

The defendant in this case, Gary Logan assaulted the victim. She stated that she needs help with access to housing. She has been staying at a hotel. She states that she is has severe medical issues as well.
