D has charges of AFV. D has now taken the 11 month old child and will not return him to the mother. There are no custody orders at this time. Mother of the child was a stay at home mom due to the D asking her to do so. The client is trying to find work and so that she can get custody of the child.

While under the care of Courtney (Ethan's Mother), Ethan was taken to the hospital due to a trampoline fall. Doctors found extensive injuries such as brain bleeding, bruise to forehead, bruises to ears, bruises to back, ligament injuries, and bruises to both sides of his spine. Ethan is in critical condition and in ICU, and has not shown any movements or improvements at this time.
