Client needs a SAPCR for one minor child (currently receiving ECI services). There are no existing SAPCR orders in place at this time. There is a history of family violence and protective orders are in place until 2071 for client and until age 18 for the minor. Abuser has pending charge for Assault of a Family member as a result of incident of abuse against client. AVDA identified this case as high risk. Client is at 21% of poverty level.

Client needs help getting custody for her children. The children's father had initial custody because the client was dealing with trauma from past trafficking case. The children's father was deported and the kids were staying with their uncle. They found their mother and went to live with her. They are now afraid that CPS will take them away from their mom because she doesn't have custody.

Diocelina's apartment flooded on the middle of the night of October 25th morning of October 26th 2021. She had to clean it herself and be without water all day on October 26th. Apartment complex representatives refused to allow her to stay in a hotel while her apartment was getting dried, telling her that if she did, the apartments would not reimburse at the same time she was without water. The apartment has yet to be fixed or cleaned properly after being flooded with a significant amount of water and the original reason the apartment flooded has not been properly fixed as of 11/08/2021.

Client (Maria G. Vasquez Bolanos) has an existing child support/custody order with the father of her children, Jorge Guzman. Father has weekend visitations at his own home. Minor son has disclosed to mom that Mr. Guzman's girlfriend has sexually abused him. Client/Mom seeks to alter custody arrangements for supervised or limited visitation or seek termination of father's parental rights.
