Client is in need of legal representation to assist with custody modification against her abuser who has custody of her children. Client also needs assistance with her criminal case against her abusers who sexually assaulted her for years as a child. Client's sexual assault occurred in Harris County, but client lives in Galveston County. 

There are two grandchildren in her care currently.  One has been in her care since birth, the oldest child.

Grandparent currently has possession of child after Father told grandparent to pick up child.  Father attempted to take child home and called Tomball PD but child was afraid to go with Father because of past abuse.  Grandparent is seeking rights to keep child in her possession and potentially a protective order against child's father. Current CPS investigation ongoing. 

Ms. Fernandez is currently living in a hotel Pasadena, TX, with her elementary aged grandchildren.  Ms. Fernandez advised the mother of the children died on 02/3/2023 in Louisiana.  Ms. Fernandez stated she was advised she has to wait to see how her daughter's death is going to be ruled on by the coroner before the state of Louisiana offers her any assistance.  Ms. Fernandez is currently working as a door dasher and living in the hotel is not sustainable.  Aside from housing assistance, Ms. Fernandez is in need of legal assistance to help her obtain legal custody of her grandchildren.  Ms.

My client is fleeing her abusive husband. They both reside in the state of Oklahoma and she fled to Texas were she found a safe haven. The abuse has been on going and she currently has a 5 year protective order out of Oklahoma. She would like to get a divorce and custody of the children.  

Client's daughter was deported leaving a son behind. Father of son refuses to let grandmother (client) see him. Grandmother says she has power of attorney from daughter. Grandmother would like a consultation to know if she has any right to visitation.

client has questions regarding her goddaughter, she has has legal custody since she was 2 yrs. old she is now 16.
