Client and her child have been sexually abused by her father. Her father currently has custody of her children and is not adhering to the custody agreement. Client would like to modify her current custody agreement.
Client is in need of legal representation to assist with custody modification against her abuser who has custody of her children. Client also needs assistance with her criminal case against her abusers who sexually assaulted her for years as a child. Client's sexual assault occurred in Harris County, but client lives in Galveston County.

Ms. Fernandez is currently working as a door dasher and living in the hotel is not sustainable. Aside from housing assistance, Ms. Fernandez is in need of legal assistance to help her obtain legal custody of her grandchildren. Ms.
