Client seeks a U-Visa due to the sexual assault charges filed against her husband for sexually molesting her 14 y/o daughter, of the relationship. Husband/abuser is currently sitting in the Harris Co. jail awaiting trial on five charges of some type of sexual assault/sexual performance case. Child victim is a US citizen.

Rito was a crime victim in a aggravated robbery case. They stole his wallet and had his residency card was taken. He is needing help getting a new one. He is also needing help with information about U-Visa's.
