CW is a victim of Aggravated Sexual Assault and Assault with a Deadly weapon. She is a Spanish speaker and needing assistance with U-Visa information and I think counseling might help her. She has been given a victim impact statement and cvc packet. She may need assistance in filling them out. I have given her extra resources, but this she would be open to someone reaching out to her for help. She also responds to email if she does not answer her phone- Maria197445@icloud.com. 

2nd time to be offended by her husband. CPS is involved with children's temporary removal from domestic violence in the home Ms. Aerial Marie Davis would like to proceed with a divorce. funding is not available. Ms. Aerial Davis is seeking a bond modification. Only for the ability to communicate with Mr. Brent Davies. Banking and vehicles are in both names.   

Domestic violence survivor is seeking assistance with obtaining a protective order and to file SAPCR. 

Spanish speaking victim is in need of assistance filing a protective order. She is still very scared of defendant and fears for her kids. 

Victim is a Spanish speaker. We just finished up with trial, however, she had mentioned in our last conversation that she was wanting assistance in counseling for her and her kids. She has 5 kids, all different ages. She is also looking into protective orders. May also need assistance in relocating if possible.

Ms. Quintero shares four children with Mr. Arredondo. She was recently the victim of a DV incident which Mr. Arredondo was the abuser. Ms. Quintero states she currently has a protective order and she would like assistance getting child custody/visitation modified. The parties were never married. Ms. Quintero is in fear of her safety and that of her children. She is unsure what her options are to legally protect herself. 

Victim is Spanish speaker. Needs help with divorce. Was recently served and needs to provide a response. 

She is Spanish speaking and a victim of Assault Family Violence. Adverse Party is the defendant. She called our office asking for an update. I let her know that defendant  did accept an offer today. She was very audibly upset and angry with the outcome. Does not want Defendant near her house or her kids. I do know she is filing for a divorce. I tried to explain options to help her such as protective orders and she became more upset and hung up. 

On 01/30/24, Spanish speaking victim reported that her husband had sexually and physically assaulted her. Victim added there was a history of unreported domestic violence. The suspect was arrested and charged with Continuous Family Violence, Harris County Cause #185372401010.  The victim stated she is in need of a divorce and child custody order. The victim was granted an emergency protection order but she would like assistance filing for a civil protection order.

Ms. Esquivel reported being physically assaulted by her child's father/fiancé, Mr. Garcia. Parties share a 20-month-old daughter who Mr. Garcia also forcibly grabbed when he assaulted Ms. Esquivel back on 12/8/23. The couple have been together for approximately four years. The victim also has a six-year-old son from a previous relationship.
