Joyce is the mother of a 10 year old victim who recently reported being sexually assaulted by her father, Lucas Roy Medina. Joyce is seeking legal assistance with obtaining a Protective Order. She stated she has already filed an Ex Parte Order and she also mentioned having an upcoming court date of 9/14/2026. Joyce feels lost and overwhelmed. She is not sure where to go for legal assistance, but she was told she needed a lawyer. She gave verbal permission to share her contact info in hopes of getting her connected to an agency that could assist her and her daughter. 

Ms. Allie Gilmore is a victim of Domestic Violence from her husband. Ms. Gilmore has filed for a divorce on her own. But needs assistance navigating the legal system.  

Client needs help with a divorce and a protective order for her and her child. Husband was arrested for Assault-FM. Her son has a disability and is with her. We helped her fill out a pro se Petition for Divorce. She is really afraid of him and needs a protective order. Husband may be sent to ICE custody soon and NEEDS TO BE SERVED QUICKLY WHERE HE IS DETAINED AT (SEE BELOW) or she will have problems divorcing him later in court. Husband has a lengthy history of committing FV against her (but likely no criminal history for husband).

Client needs help with a divorce and a protective order for her and her three kids due to being a victim of FM. Husband (Gamez) is an alcoholic, very controlling and emotionally abusive. One of the children is autistic and has special needs. Husband has some history of FM. Also, she needs help relocating with the children and settling into a new apartment. He destroyed all of their belongings in the apartment that they shared together.

Dulce is a survivor with pending U visa and VAWA applications. She has six U.S. citizen children and her marital status is single. She is in need of family law services for custody and child support and is also interested in a protective order. Christopher Davila, one of her adverse parties (AP) is the father of her youngest child whom she has been separated from. AP was physically violent to Dulce during their relationship and has continued to harass her since. He was arrested, charged, and convicted for violent assault including strangulation.

Victim of assault by contact from a domestic partner. He wants information about the divorce process and child custody for the safety reasons of him and his children.

Victim was dv assault victim who wants D to stay away. D has been returning to property multiple times and even been there when Victim was not there. Victim is trying to get away from him. Victim stated his behavior has been escalating. Victim is scared she has no plan for future. 

Client is victim of a fraudulent marriage that resulted in the sexual exploitation of the client and produced a child with the perpetrator. Client pursued filing legal actions on the perpetrator, which has resulted in a custody battle and the father/perpetrator removed the children out of the country. Client is seeking assistance with family law, and navigating the complexity of the human trafficking components of her case. 

I am a victim of domestic violence. I am seeking to leave the state to go to an live in a sober community in another state. 

I have been told I can not do this because I am on probation. I am behind on my penalty money. 

But for my safety and best health, I should take the opportunity to go to a sober living home. The one I chose is out of state. Need help working through the legal system to have this happen. 

Client's husband sexually assauted her daughter and he has been threatening to take the child he has with the client out of the country. Client would like to start the divorce process and file for custody.
