Client is working with Catholic Charities for a U Visa application. She is currently married to perpetrator. He was abusive with her and also sexually molested her daughter. She has two children with ex-husband and one child with current husband. She is seeking legal representation for child support and child custody of their child. However, she does not know his whereabouts .

We are assisting client with her immigration status. She is a victim of domestic violence and sexual assault. The last incident occurred in April 2019. The perpetrator is her husband and father of her two minor children. She is seeking representation for a divorce, child custody and child support. She is in the process of applying for a protective order as well.

We represent client in her U Visa application based on domestic violence from her ex-partner in December 2016. Her ex-partner was arrested, incarcerated and deported back to Mexico in February 2017. She seeks legal representation for sole managing conservatorship, and if possible, termination of parental rights, for their daughter so she can take care of her daughter without needing his signature. Client does not know his exact whereabouts in Mexico.

Client was a victim of domestic violence in 2016. Catholic Charities is representing client in her U-Visa case. She had a child with perpetrator. She would like sole manager conservatorship of their son. Father/perpetrator was deported back to Honduras. She does not where his whereabouts in Honduras are.

Client seeks a U-Visa due to the sexual assault charges filed against her husband for sexually molesting her 14 y/o daughter, of the relationship. Husband/abuser is currently sitting in the Harris Co. jail awaiting trial on five charges of some type of sexual assault/sexual performance case. Child victim is a US citizen.

Client seeking representation in seeking child support services from the father of her 2 children, ages 11 and 9. Father lives in Florida. The children are US citizens, father is a Legal Permanent Resident.
